We are a family-run start-up, founded by us, Michael and Carolin Glückstadt - father-in-law and daughter-in-law, who are realizing their vision together. Our inspiration came from personal experiences with hair loss in the family, which showed us that natural beauty and a healthy scalp deserve more attention than conventional products currently offer.

We want to help you take optimal care of your hair and scalp so that you can feel comfortable and confident in your own skin.

MICHAEL

I have many years of experience in various industries.

After years in retail in purchasing and sales, I founded my own sports retail agency. Later, I successfully managed an international textile company and drove its brand expansion in Germany and Austria.

Through my production experience in Asia, I developed pharmacy-standard products for pharmaceutical companies – later I shifted my focus to natural cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.

During a trip to Japan, I discovered a special technique for caring for and strengthening the scalp. Impressed by its effectiveness, the idea of ​​developing this method further and making it available to the German market grew.

Mindset: "I love life!" Therefore, I am always optimistic and open to new experiences and am therefore looking forward to this new journey with you!

CAROLIN

I have extensive experience in marketing and sales, particularly in the field of decorative and skin care cosmetics and fashion. My work in international sales for perfume, cosmetics and fashion awakened my passion for the beauty industry and sharpened my sense of aesthetics and design.

However, after the birth of my daughter, I realized how difficult it was to combine my current job and family. As my daughter got older, brushing her long hair became a daily challenge.

My desire for solutions and more flexibility was the impetus for me to create something of my own and to help implement Michael's idea. This is how LAWÉ BEAUTY was born from my passion and our shared vision.

Mindset: "Change starts with you!" and I experience again and again how important it is to believe in yourself and to tackle things actively. I now start every morning with a smile on my face and am happy to have taken this step.

CREATION OF LAWÉ BEAUTY

With the vision of making the Japanese care technique accessible to everyone, we developed a hairbrush with an ergonomic design and innovative functions that specifically cares for the scalp and strengthens hair roots.
