How much does shipping cost?
For orders over 50 EUR, shipping within Germany is free. If the order value is less than 50 EUR, you will have to pay the shipping costs yourself. These are 4.90 EUR per package. Shipping costs abroad vary. These will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
Can I track my orders?
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number for your shipment by email.

We deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, France, Austria, Switzerland

How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time is 2-3 working days within Germany. All other countries take 4 - 6 days.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
We will not cover the costs of return shipping.
What should I do in case of a return?
You can return your order within 14 days after receiving the goods.
