PRICES, SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
We deliver to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, France, Austria and Switzerland.

In addition to the prices quoted, we do not charge any shipping costs for delivery within Germany no shipping costs from a value of goods of 50 EUR. If the value of the goods is less than 50 EUR, we charge 4.90 EUR per order for a package. The shipping costs are clearly stated in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
Shipping costs outside Germany (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark and Austria) are EUR 8.00 for a package and EUR 9.00 for France and Switzerland. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

If you order from outside Europe, you may be charged customs fees. Unfortunately, we have no influence on whether these costs arise or how much they are.
The country to which you have your order delivered is solely responsible for this, which is why we cannot give you any information about how high these costs might be. These costs are incurred during or after delivery and you are responsible for paying them yourself. LAWÉ BEAUTY does not cover these costs.
Once you have received an order confirmation, we are generally unable to accept any further requests for changes or cancellations.
If you do not pick up the package from the parcel shop and thus returned to LAWÉ BEAUTY, a lump sum of EUR 5.00 will be charged by DHL, which we will invoice to you.
